The unJackable project is a concept of many beginnings. It is an overnight topic that actually started many years ago for you and me.

It all began with our first act of consumerism, that first day we spent our hard earned money on goods & services as a rookie consumer.

The unJackable objective is to become the go to place for consumers who have been the victims of shady business practices, and includes victims of crimes as well.

When we first started our little person life, it is safe to assume that we can consider at that time of our first act of commerce that we were quasi-amateur consumers.

Now, years later, all grown-up, we have matured from a neophyte into a professional, well-educated in micro & macro-consumerism, right? Until...

Until that day we find ourselves going toe-to-toe with that old familiar business entity giant also known as the corporation, a formidable opponent, indubitably.

When this occurs, you will learn instantly, that ninety-nine percent of the time you are no match, inside or outside of the courtroom.

When the time comes for you to challenge this big corporate despot you have better have a clear understanding of the local rules & regulations, the state statutes & codes and the rules of engagement on the topic of consumer protection.

If you are not a researcher to begin with, then you are what I classify as a
professional amateur.

Time after time, money after money, and a couple of continuances in the courtroom and you may find yourself in a greater material loss than when you first started the ordeal. You are playing softball with hardball players.

These corporate bullies are way ahead of you and the game, and they take no prisoners. This is your only logical solution, you must retain a lawyer.

You must lawyer-up because you stand a better chance of recovery though your single lawyer will most likely face a team of barristers.

Thanks to the modern day technology of the Internet we have an inherent alternative. It is called reviews and that is putting it nicely.

In our house, we call, consider and declare "reviews” as gripes, and gripes are forever!
Before the invention of the internet when conventional medias occupied our lives, I thought on one occasion that I could blast an issue via the press, such as the newspaper and launch a public campaign of shame.

Not so! This was totally unacceptable to the newspaper agency, and it didnt matter about how much money youd be willing to spend for such a campaign.

Well, well, well. Not anymore.

Presently, anybody anywhere can now be shamed and more, or exalted on the internet medium. It’s a two-lane highway.

We at unJackable believe that venting and exposing these selfish acts of consumerism may be just what the doctor has ordered. This just may be a sign and sigh of relief for you, just knowing that you fought back.

Turn back the hands of time and you will discover in history, that public shame and/or humiliation was instituted as a punishment of certain crimes in certain regions of the world.

The Bible has taught us this. And if an individual committed acts of wrongdoings the entire village was aware. Today, the big city is no different.

At unJackable, even if we dont get the results you expect, at least you get to vent & expose the culprit. We welcome and respect your gripes and encourage you to blast them to the world.

Post your gripes. Post your crimes.

We will take it from there. Then you may consider yourself a hero, and be proud of yourself for standing up for yourself.
